1. Data controller

The data controller is Gravir, main organizer of Trail Chrea 2026. Contact: gravirblida@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect

When you register through the DzMoves platform: identity (first and last name, date of birth, sex), contact details (email, phone) and an emergency contact.

During the event: race times and results, as well as photographs and videos captured on the course and in the start and finish areas.

3. How we use it

This data is used to manage registrations and payments, assign bibs, run the timing and publish results, ensure runners' safety and medical assistance, and share information about the event.

4. Data sharing

Data is shared only with the providers needed to run the event: the DzMoves registration platform, the timing provider and, in the event of a claim, the insurer.

Results (name, bib number, time, category, ranking) are published publicly, as is standard for sports competitions.

5. Photos and videos

Images captured during the event may be used for Trail Chrea communications (website, social media, press). You may object to the use of your image by writing to gravirblida@gmail.com.

6. Retention

Registration data is kept for as long as needed to run the event and meet the obligations that follow from it. Results are kept as the sporting archive of Trail Chrea editions.

7. Your rights

Under Algerian law no. 18-07 of June 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete your data.

8. Cookies and local storage

This site uses no tracking cookies and no analytics tools. Only your language preference is stored locally in your browser (localStorage); it is never sent to a server.
